Four years ago a bunch of locals decided they wanted a proper place to eat and drink without having to leave the countryside. They helped build it, filled the tables from day one, and haven’t really stopped coming back since.
So we’re throwing ourselves a party. There’ll be food – obviously – and cake, because you can’t have a birthday without cake. Beyond that, we’re planning a day that’s less about us and more about the people who’ve made the last four years what they are. The regulars, the first-timers who became regulars, the families who’ve watched their kids grow up coming here, the dog walkers who only meant to pop in for a coffee that one time.
Expect a full day at the farm. Good food, a few surprises, plenty of noise, and the kind of atmosphere that happens when people who actually like a place get together to celebrate it.
No tickets, no fuss. Just show up, eat cake, and help us make it a day worth remembering.
