We want your visit to Whipley Manor Farm to be as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, starting from the moment you decide to come. Here are the answers to the questions we get asked most often about booking, parking, group visits, and more.

No deposit is required to reserve a table at Maddings. Simply fill in the booking form with your preferred date, time, and party size and we’ll be in touch to confirm very shortly. We want the process to be as straightforward as possible – no upfront payments, no complicated steps, just good food waiting for you when you arrive.

Things come up, and we completely understand. If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, just let us know as soon as you can by replying to your confirmation email or dropping us a line at order@maddings.co.uk. The more notice you can give the better, as it helps us manage the kitchen and makes space available for other guests.

We do welcome larger groups at Maddings and are happy to do our best to accommodate you. If you’re planning a group visit, just mention the number of guests in the notes field when you submit your booking request and we’ll come back to you with what’s possible. For very large parties or private events, it’s also worth asking about our venue hire options.

Yes, there is free on-site parking available at Whipley Manor Farm, right next to Maddings. Whether you’re coming for a quick coffee or a long Sunday lunch, you won’t need to worry about finding a space. The farm is easy to reach and straightforward to navigate once you arrive – just follow signs for Whipley Manor Farm, North Barn, Palmers Cross, GU5 0LL.

Yes, dogs are part of the family and we would not want them to be left at home or outside. The more you bring the more happier our teams gets!

Yes, there are a number of beautiful walks. Just ask the team and we will get you a map! The farm also connects to North Downs link so if you are coming from Cranleigh, Bramley or any surrounding villages, you can easily reach us.
